How can I request a sample?
Sample orders are acceptable. Please contact us to confirm which sample you need. Sample costs are refundable if a full container order is confirmed.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
The lead time depends on the quantity and complexity of the cabinet design. For samples, it usually takes 3-5 days.
What are the payment terms?
For samples, we accept T/T. For bulk orders, we accept T/T (30% deposit) or L/C.
Can we print our logo on the products?
Yes, your logo or company name can be laser-printed on the products and packaging as per your requirements.
What additional services are provided?
We offer free metal logo services, free product design, customized catalogue design, and professional product photography for our clients.
